The bright and welcoming apartment is spread over two levels and overlooks a delightful, colorful square. Taking the elevator to the second floor, you'll find the main entrance and another staircase leading to the third floor, where the double bedroom and bathroom with shower are located. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with a kitchenette, dining table, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The numerous windows surrounding the room offer panoramic views of the rooftops of Verona, making the apartment bright and welcoming.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Regarding parking, we recommend the Arsenale public parking lot at Via Alfredo Cappellini, 2, located a short distance from the apartment.
For your comfort, we comply with regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round.
Travel in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited.
Please note that if fire extinguishers are used, even accidentally, a €200 refund will be required.
